I would like to introduce you too Jack!Jack Daniels that is! I say you gotta like the taste to enjoy the cake. I honestly never like the cake nor the taste, so I will just stick to what friends say! They request it to be made and I say no problem! I heard it was a good cake! I might try it someday. Maybe!!!

When All Good Things Bitter Become Sweet And Tart!

Recently I had gone to our local supermarket and picked up a few lemons. I had some left over, so I decided to break out the ol' dusty cookbook, and explore the world of bunt cakes. It was a fun mess! Flour flying in the air with the mixer! The smell of lemon zest, and butter cruising around your smell sensors! The whole house got filled with the warm and comforting smell of lemon as the cake baked! Luckily we have plenty of friends who can help us devour this sweet ad tart creation! I know I sure will with a nice tall glass of milk! Or maybe some iced tea!!!!
